Xi Jinping made the pledge at the largest international summit China has hosted since the coronavirus outbreak.<\/p><p>China&#8217;s official Xinhua News Agency reported that more than 50 African leaders and United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres were attending the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) this week.
